Immunisations are given at the appropriate age calculated from the ACTUAL date of delivery. 2. Developmental checks should be performed at the age appropriate calculated from the EXPECTED date of delivery. The only exception to this is the 6 - 8 week check that should be performed at, or around, the same time as the primary immunisation (ie 6-8 weeks after actual date of delivery).
