CHANGES TO SURGERY SESSIONS
FROM MONDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER 2008
This practice will be offering late evening and Saturday morning additional surgery sessions for pre-booked routine appointments only. To book these appointments, you must telephone the surgery between Monday – Friday during normal hours. During this time there will be no home visits.
The new sessions will be held at The Birchwood Medical Centre, Northmead Drive, Creekmoor for patients registered at both the Creekmoor and Oakdale surgeries at the following times:
Monday 18:30 – 20:30
Tuesday (alternate) 18:30 – 20.30
Saturday (alternate) 09:00 – 11:00
Urgent health problems will continue to be dealt with by the Out of Hours Service whose telephone number is:-

For emergencies you should attend the Accident & Emergency Department of your local hospital or dial 999
