Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If you take medication, please give two working days' notice when requesting a repeat prescription. We ask that repeat prescriptions from Creekmoor be requested between 11.00am and 3.30pm and at the Oakdale Surgery after 10.00am.

For your convenience repeat prescription requests will be accepted over the telephone or you may call into the surgery to put in your request. Please do not be offended if the receptionist insists on the name of the medication or asks you to spell it out as we do not want any mistakes to be made.

Repeat prescriptions are printed from our computer and a tear-off slip on the right-hand side can be used for re-ordering.

Prescriptions handed in will be ready as listed below:
