Pam Howe
Practice Manager
Pam is an experienced Practice Manager and qualified HR Manager and has gained a level 5 CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management in 2019. Pam has over 30 years experience working with the general public, including many years at Dorset Police. Pam is responsible for the smooth day to day running of the practice an acts as a link between patients, Doctors Nurses and staff. Pam is married with 3 daughters, 1 son, 3 step-sons, 7 grandchildren, 4 dogs, 4 sheep, 6 ducks and lost count of how many chickens; therefore enjoys spending time with her family who keep her very busy when she is away from the office.
Liz May
Deputy Practice Manager
Liz has worked in both the NHS and Education sector for a number of years and has an AMSPAR Practice Management Diploma. In 2020 she gained a level 5 Diploma CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management. Liz deals with the finance side of the practice and assists Pam in the day to day running of the surgery and outside of work she enjoys walking, Zumba and spending time with family and friends.

IT & Operations Manager
Admin Team
The practice administrators deal with a large range of tasks including Reporting, the Patient Participation Group, Clinics for Nurses and Physiotherapists, Accounting, and all associated administration to ensure smooth running of the Surgery.

Secretaries
Our secretaries deal with most of the correspondence between the practice and outside agencies, such as hospital outpatient departments, private consultations, solicitors and insurance companies. If you have any enquiries regarding letters that your doctor may have written about you, please contact them during normal office hours. If you wish to have a copy of your GP referral letter please ask at reception or contact the secretaries.

Reception Team
Our reception team are experienced receptionists who work between both practices, and are under the guidance of the reception supervisors. They are here to help you with patient services and will advise you on the facilities available. All receptionists are instructed to keep the contents of medical records confidential and are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
